Streamline your client experience | Virtual Angie

Shifting Your Client Experience From Craptastic to Fantastic

It’s not just about the end project.
It’s about the journey to get there, too.

Your clients deserve an experience that matches the kickass services you’re handing over in the end.

You want a welcome letter that… well, actually feels welcoming.

You want a video greeting a client gets excited about.

You want a virtual way to walk your client all the way up to the point where you interact with them…without the chance of losing them in a hole somewhere.

To put it simply, you want to wow them.

And chances are you’ve already done a good amount of legwork trying to figure this stuff out. But signing up for 12 different programs to do 12 different things feels… well it don’t feel great.

Especially if you’re still paying for the ones you’ve already let go.

Here’s the thing

You don’t need all the systems to do all the things. You only need what you need. Am I right?

Because I’m kind of a genius at this kind of stuff.
(Toot toot. That’s my own horn.)

Gettin’ Done What Needs to Get Done

So you’ve started up your biz and you’ve got...somethin’ in place.

I’m going to take a wild guess and say that you’re managing your clients and their projects via email, right? I mean it makes sense. It’s all feeding into one place.

It’s. All. Feeding. Into. One. Place.

Holy crap that can get frustrating. Between back and forth emails, question clarifying, and the possible accidental spam flag… those emails aren’t exactly the streamline you’d like.

Something has to be better.

Enter the world of systematic programs. And while that doesn’t sound take-your-pants-off-right-now kind of sexy, I can promise you that it could very well be the reason why a client crawls back for more later.

I’m the kind of gal who will comb through the system you’ve got, find the holes that are tripping you up,
and slap something a whole lot more awesome in place.

User Experience

The number one thing that has people coming back for more?
Well, it ain’t just the service you’re providing.

Don’t get me wrong, you can go ahead and pat yourself on the back for what you’re doing for your clients. Because you are awesome.

BUT a shiny new product in hand will do nothing for them if they weren’t thrilled with the experience to get there.

The end result might be slap-your-momma perfect.

I’m just saying, you want to make sure your client experience is just as good.

Project Management

Your client Judy sat with you on a discovery call last week.

Kelly is showing up today. And you know there are probably a dozen more coming in down the line.

It’s easy to get a little…. Lost trying to remember what everyone needs.

Now call me crazy, but if you have to go digging for the information to keep your projects organized, then you’re probably confusing yourself even more.

Take that confusion out of the equation, and put in a system that will allow you to put your digging skills to rest and give your client and experience to remember.

Back Office Management

Just like you’ve got projects coming and going daily, you also have to deal with all the big booty back end of your biz.

You know what I mean…
All the stuff that carries the weight, (project details, customer info, onboarding, off boarding, invoice messaging, end of project surveys, yadda yadda yadda).

All of that stuff needs somewhere to go, and I’m not talking about an overstuffed folder. Those things get messy!

You need a place where you can easily access it at any given moment and know exactly when you sent out Jane’s invoice last week and if she paid it yet or you need to chase her down. Even better if the chasing down is automatic!
